    - VyuSync HEVC Decoder
      - Introduction
        The VyuSync HEVC Decoder is a compact high quality and low latency video decoder that is capable of decoding high efficient H.265 video in resolutions up to 4K. The decoder is capable of processing H.265 and H.264 high profile video up to 2160p at 60 frames per second. Its design comprises of three decoders, where each channel allows you to simultaneously decode up to 4k HD video streams at 60 fps. Featuring 3G-SDI outputs per channel, the decoder can be quickly integrated into a variety of solutions. Its latency is as low as a few microseconds resulting in high interactive streams and an efficient performance.

Troubleshooting


Symptom	Possible cause	Actions
Decode LED is red	Decoder is not decoding the video	Check if VyuSync decoder is detecting the applied video format, bit rate in Status.
Decode LED is red	No video from the transmitter.	Check the transmitters video settings and connection to the camera.
ASI LED is red	No ASI stream to the decoder.	Check ASI connection between the VyuSync decoder and the Real Freedom Receiver.
No telemetry data	No telemetry data over the ethernet	In VyuSync decoder, make sure telemetry PID is in the transport stream. Check settings in the transmitter and make sure it is embedding the telemetry stream.
No video in dual monitor	Monitor output configuration is disabled.	In the respective decoder configuration, select 03 Video, navigate to 04 Monitor Output, and enable 01 Monitor Dual HEVC.
