Audio issues

The following table contains information to help you troubleshoot audio issues.

Symptom	Possible cause	Actions
Poor audio signal.	Audio settings are not correct.	Monitor incoming audio channels and determine if gain should be applied or reduced. You can monitor and change the gain by selecting the Audio option from the receiver’s main menu. You can also monitor audio channels using the Audio Status page.
No audio signal.	Incorrect audio settings.	Analog audio is available at the 3‑pin XLRs on the back of the receiver and embedded audio is always available on the SDI 1 and SDI 2 outputs.
	Loose or incorrect connections at the receiver.	Check all physical connections.
