Why do I have a poor audio signal at the receiver?

You should monitor incoming audio channels and determine if you need to add or reduce the gain. You can monitor and change the gain by selecting the Audio option from the receiver’s main menu. You can also monitor audio channels using the Audio Status page.

Why is there no audio signal at the receiver?

The audio settings are not correct. Analog audio is available at the three‑pin XLRs on the back of the receiver and embedded audio is always available on the SDI 1 and SDI 2 outputs. Check to see whether you have loose or incorrect connections at the receiver. If audio is still not present, check all physical connections in the system.
